Process. I worked with every idea that came to my mind. It caused a little bit of chaos around the house, too, but it was worth it.

Halftone images for screens. When you try screenprint, making halftones is the easiest part.

Print attempts. As a new in screenprinting, there are a lot of things your mind, eyes, and hands should remember. How to mix colors, how hard you should press, which angle you use the instruments when to dry, how to dry, everything.

 

For my final project, I created three products. Unfortunately, the two tote bags I made did not turn out as successful as I hoped. I realized that the difference in size between my screen and the small tote bag, along with the thick borders, caused the print to look messy. However, I had better luck with my attempt at designing a T-shirt. Although I feel that my designs could have been clearer, I am excited to continue exploring my ideas and creating more projects in the near future.
